The work of photographers from the UAE, Middle East and the US will be on show, with Martin Sanchez, Dr Ahmad Al Rais, Bachir Moukarzel, Peter Jay and Huda Bin Redha among those being displayed. Work by Noura Al Neyadi, Khalid Al Hammadi, Khalid Al Sabt, Liam Clayton, Beno Saradzic, Altamash Javed, Khalil Al Zadjali and Majed Al Khatheeri will be shown too.
There will also be a programme of workshops, talks and panel discussions, including one by acclaimed photographer Martin Sanchez on the art of aerial photography. Representatives from the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) will then reveal how the market for aerial photography has grown in recent years, and how it relates to current aviation law.
Alia Khalid Al Qassimi, head of Manarat Al Saadiyat, said, “This event allows drone enthusiasts and photography communities, as well as the general public, to come together to appreciate the art of aerial photography. The programme of talks and workshops will also offer opportunities for visitors to network, and meet the people and artists behind these captivating images.”
