Running every Saturday from 12 PM to 3 PM, the experience invites diners into a space crafted by Lázaro Rosa-Violán: Milanese polish, Venetian charm, and the restaurant’s signature leopard motifs.
The afternoon begins at the live crudo bar, where guests can interact with chefs and choose from unlimited antipasti. Expect highlights like Pomodoro, a vibrant heirloom tomato composition layered with pappa al pomodoro and stracciatella; Polpette, tender beef meatballs in lush tomato sauce; and Branzino, a delicate sea bass tartare brightened with lemon and chives.
Primi arrive to the table: from the indulgent Raviolo All’uovo – ricotta, spinach, a molten egg yolk, and black truffle – to the comforting Parmigiana, baked with San Marzano tomato and 24-month DOP parmesan.
