Introducing the Breitling Superocean Ironman Limited Edition

Breitling has teamed up with Ironman, the famed organiser of triathlons all over the world. This will see Breitling become the official watch of Ironman, have a presence at future events, and launch a new timepiece, the Breitling Superocean Automatic 44 Ironman Limited Edition.

The Iroman Triathlon Series offers athletes an opportunity to really push themselves, swimming 2.4 miles (3.8km), cycling 112 miles (180km) and running 26.2 miles (42.2km) as part of a single-day endurance race. Since its inception in 1978, the Ironman triathlon has come to represent the ultimate test of mind, body and spirit.

The Breitling Superocean Automatic 44 Ironman Limited Edition is a member of Breitling’s popular family of Superocean divers’ watches. It has a 44mm stainless steel case and a black dial, featuring the Ironman logo, presented on a red Diver Pro III rubber strap. This self-winding watch is powered by a Breitling Caliber 17 automatic mechanical movement with a power reserve of 38 hours, and is water-resistant to 100 bar (1,000 metres).

The caseback is engraved with the Ironman logo, with the watch limited to just 300 pieces.
