AED4,200 per couple, including a bottle of bubbly. Call 04 426 0000.

As Dubai’s only caviar-dedicated restaurant, Beluga, located in the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira hotel, has views of the city skyline and the Burj Khalifa. There are two offers for Valentine’s Day, with the Russian Oscietra Caviar (50g) heart-shaped dessert, including a glass of bubbles each, for AED650, or Beluga Caviar (50g), which is priced at AED850 for two. Call 04 340 8882.

This Italian restaurant in DIFC opened in April of last year, making this its very first Valentine’s Day. On Valentine’s Day, from 7pm-11.45pm, stop by for a four-course menu full of options for AED650 per couple. Call 04 583 6366.
