The brand’s partnership with French artist Richard Orlinski continues
Richard Orlinski is France’s best-selling artist – a title he has held since 2015. Known primarily for his outdoor sculptures, which have been displayed everywhere from Cannes to Miami, he is represented by 90 different galleries worldwide. Oh, and one high-end Swiss watch brand: Hublot.
Hublot and Orlinski have been working together for a while, and this year the collaboration continues with the launch of the Classic Fusion Orlinski line. This consists of six watches, with 40mm cases, a polished titanium or King Gold finish, and four of the models featuring brilliant-cut diamonds. Orlinski has served as the creative force, with the faceted dial bearing the sculpted hallmarks of his works.
Prices for the range start at AED42,223, with the diamonds making all the difference – on four of the models, the bezel is set with 54 diamonds, sat on a case either fully set with 210 diamonds or partially with 112. The strap is matt black rubber.
