Toro + Ko has just opened at City Walk in what is becoming an increasingly notable enclave of good restaurants. We already have Lima, Demoiselle, a branch of Clinton Street Baking Co and very soon Galvin will be opening as well.
This is a Barcelona-style tapas restaurant by James Beard-Award Chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette. They first opened in Boston over a decade ago, but have expanded to New York, Bangkok and now here, serving both traditional and modern Spanish small plates.
Further good news is that it's open until 1am on weekdays and 3am at the weekend, bringing some of the Barcelona-style late night food and drink to City Walk.
