To coincide with Men’s Fashion Week in Paris, for 12 days from mid-January LOEWE will be plastering 5,000 posters throughout France’s capital as part of the brand’s latest advertising campaign.
The super-cool autumn/winter18 campaign features British actor Josh O’Connor who has recently been announced as the new face of LOEWE Men. Best known as being the young star of God’s Own Country, O’Connor’s hot off the press thanks to his Best Actor trophy, which was won at last month’s British Independent Film Awards.
Fashion shutterbug Steven Meisel photographed O’Connor, who is snapped casually reading the classic novel Madame Bovary in a LOEWE hardcover. A series of literary classics will be published by LOEWE later in the year, all featuring iconic Meisel photographs repurposed for the collection.
